This paper will explore different properties of E-inverse semigroup from two perspectives.Firstly, we will investigate the basic structure and properties of E-inverse semigroup. Secondly, we will study the representation theory of E-inverse semigroup, including the construction and classification of representations.In addition, this paper will also consider the applications of E-inverse semigroup, especially in quantum systems. We will discuss how to construct basic operators of quantum systems from the representation theory of E-inverse semigroup, and explore the specific applications of these operators in quantum physics.Keywords: E-inverse semigroup; representation theory; quantum system; operator
