However, due to factors such as road conditions and load, the height of the vehicle body sometimes fluctuates greatly during driving, which brings certain hidden dangers to driving safety. Therefore, this paper proposes a design and tuning study of the passenger bus body height adjustment system based on the ECAS system (electronic control air suspension), aimed at improving the driving stability and safety of the vehicle.Firstly, this paper introduces the structure and working principle of the ECAS system, and then elaborates in detail the design process of the passenger bus body height adjustment system, and verifies the designed system through experiments. The experimental results show that the designed passenger bus body height adjustment system can effectively reduce the amplitude of the vehicle body fluctuation, improve the driving stability and safety of the vehicle.Finally, this paper analyzes the experimental data and proposes optimization suggestions to further improve the performance of the passenger bus body height adjustment system.Keywords: ECAS system, passenger bus, body height adjustment system, driving stability, safety
