In this industry, PDC drill bits are a common tool that has been widely used due to their efficient, high-speed, and high-precision drilling capabilities. The main purpose of this paper is to perform stress analysis on typical geological PDC drill bits based on PRO/E software to evaluate their drilling performance. By studying the distribution of stress under different conditions, we can understand the forces and vibrations that the drill bit faces during operation, and then improve and optimize it.The methods of this study include geometric modeling of models, material property definition, boundary condition setting, and finite element analysis.
