MG is an autoimmune disease, and its pathogenesis is closely related to genetic factors. HLA-DQ gene is one of the most important genes in the immune system, and its polymorphism is closely related to the incidence of human autoimmune diseases. In order to explore the relationship between HLA-DQ gene polymorphism and MG, this study will collect blood samples from 200 MG patients and 200 healthy controls for gene typing and statistical analysis. The research results show that gene types such as HLA-DQ1, HLA-DQ5, HLA-DQ6, and HLA-DQ7 are significantly related to the pathogenesis of MG. Some gene types are related to susceptibility to MG, while others are related to protective effects. The results of this study will help us to deepen our understanding of the genetic mechanism of MG and provide scientific basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Keywords: HLA-DQ gene; Polymorphism; Myasthenia gravis; Genetic mechanism.
