This study aimed to explore the expression and significance of HOXA11, β-catenin and DKK-1 in endometrial cancer. The expression levels of HOXA11, β-catenin and DKK-1 in endometrial cancer patients and normal population were detected by immunohistochemistry and statistically analyzed. The results showed that the expression levels of HOXA11 and β-catenin in endometrial cancer patients were significantly higher than those in normal population, while the expression level of DKK-1 was significantly lower than that in normal population. In addition, the expression levels of HOXA11 and β-catenin were significantly correlated with the grade, stage and infiltration depth of endometrial cancer, while the expression level of DKK-1 was not significantly correlated with these indicators. In conclusion, high expression levels of HOXA11 and β-catenin may play important roles in the occurrence and development of endometrial cancer, while low expression level of DKK-1 may be related to it.
