Through literature research and empirical analysis, this study explores the issue of corporate governance in H Bank. The study found that H Bank's corporate governance structure is relatively complete, but there are still some problems, such as excessively high share concentration, unclear role of the supervisory board, and unreasonable concentration and dispersion of power. In view of these problems, this study proposes corresponding improvement measures, including improving the corporate governance structure, enhancing the authority and role of the supervisory board, and strengthening internal supervision. The purpose of these measures is to improve the level of corporate governance of H Bank and promote its healthy and stable development.Keywords: H Bank; corporate governance; share concentration; supervisory board; internal supervision
