Especially in the IC manufacturing industry, information security issues have gradually emerged, seeking an information security risk management model suitable for IC manufacturing is particularly important. This paper aims to study and implement an information security risk management model suitable for IC manufacturing, in order to effectively identify, evaluate and control various security threats. The model is based on a distributed risk management framework, covering risk identification, risk assessment, and risk control. In order to achieve the effective implementation of the model, this paper will also explore an effective implementation method, as well as some examples of its application. Research shows that the proposed information security risk management model and implementation method have a certain feasibility and practicability, which can effectively improve the information security level of the IC manufacturing industry.Keywords: information security, risk management, IC manufacturing, risk identification, risk assessment, risk control, distributed risk management framework.
