精品文档---下载后可任意编辑L360 钢在 H2SCO2 体系中的气液两相腐蚀规律及缓蚀剂讨论的开题报告【摘要】讨论了 L360 钢在 H2SCO2 体系中的气液两相腐蚀规律及缓蚀剂的应用。通过电化学测试、超微显微镜观察、热失重分析和元素分析等方法,探讨了腐蚀机理和缓蚀剂的作用机制。结果表明:L360 钢在H2SCO2 体系中存在严重的气液两相腐蚀现象,主要表现为氢致开裂、点蚀和全面腐蚀的形式,腐蚀机理与 H+、SO42-和 CO32-等离子体系有关。经多次试验,选定了一种具有良好缓蚀效果的有机缓蚀剂,其主要成分为羟基乙酸和苯乙烯基三聚氮酮,施加该缓蚀剂后能够有效防止L360 钢气液两相腐蚀,缓蚀效果达到 80%以上。讨论结果具有一定的理论和实际应用价值。【关键词】 L360 钢;气液两相腐蚀;缓蚀剂;H2SCO2 体系【Abstract】The corrosion behavior of L360 steel in the H2SCO2 system and the application of corrosion inhibitors are investigated. The corrosion mechanisms and inhibition mechanisms are studied by electrochemical tests, scanning electron microscopy observations, thermogravimetric analysis, and elemental analysis. The results show that there is severe gas-liquid two-phase corrosion of L360 steel in the H2SCO2 system, mainly manifested in the form of hydrogen-induced cracking, pitting, and general corrosion, and the corrosion mechanism is related to H+, SO42-, and CO32- ionic systems. After multiple experiments, we selected an organic inhibitor with good corrosion inhibition effect, which mainly consists of hydroxyacetic acid and styrene-based trisnitromethane. The application of this inhibitor can effectively prevent the gas-liquid two-phase corrosion of L360 steel, and the inhibition efficiency reaches more than 80%.
