精品文档---下载后可任意编辑MCM-41 型结构复合分子筛的合成、表征和催化性能讨论的开题报告摘要:MCM-41 型结构复合分子筛具有高度有序的孔道结构和特别的表面活性中心,因此在催化、吸附、分离等领域有广泛的应用。本文拟从合成、表征到催化性能讨论三个方面对 MCM-41 型结构复合分子筛进行讨论。首先,通过模板法合成 MCM-41型结构复合分子筛,并探究合成方法对合成产物孔结构和表面性质的影响。其次,利用 XRD、N2 吸附-脱附、TEM、FTIR 等手段对合成产物进行表征,分析其孔道结构、形貌、表面组成和化学性质等。最后,以几种常见的催化反应为例,测试 MCM-41 型结构复合分子筛的催化性能,并考察其催化机理。估计本讨论可以为深化了解 MCM-41 型结构复合分子筛的性质和应用提供一定的参考和指导。关键词:MCM-41,复合分子筛,催化性能,表征Abstract:MCM-41 type composite molecular sieve has highly ordered pore structure and special active center on the surface, so it has wide applications in catalysis, adsorption, separation and other fields. In this study, MCM-41 type composite molecular sieve will be investigated from three aspects: synthesis, characterization and catalytic properties. First, the MCM-41 type composite molecular sieve will be synthesized by template method, and the influence of synthesis method on pore structure and surface properties of the synthesis products will be explored. Secondly, the synthesized product will be characterized by XRD, N2 adsorption-desorption, TEM, FTIR and other means to analyze its pore structure, morphology, surface composition and chemical properties. Finally, taking several common catalytic reactions as examples, the catalytic properties of MCM-41 type composite molecular sieve will be tested and the catalytic mechanism will be investigated. This study is expected to provide some references and guidance for in-depth understanding of the properties and applications of MCM-41 type composite molecular sieve.Keywords: MCM-41, composite molecular sieve, catalytic properties, characterization
