This study aims to improve the performance of Mg2SO4-based microwave dielectric ceramics and achieve low-temperature sintering by optimizing the composition ratio and sintering process. Based on this goal, this study will explore the following aspects:1. Synthesis method and characterization of Mg2SO4-based dielectric ceramics;2. Experiment design and result analysis of composition optimization;3. Experiment design and result analysis of low-temperature sintering process optimization.In the experiment, we will use the chemical precipitation method to prepare Mg2SO4 powder, mechanically synthesize it using a ball mill, and then sinter it under hot-pressing sintering, and investigate the effects of sintering temperature, sintering time and pressure on ceramic properties.精品文档---下载后可任意编辑Keywords: dielectric ceramics; Mg2SO4; microwave; low-temperature sintering.
