精品文档---下载后可任意编辑Cu 对原位合成 A12O3/Mo5Si3 复合材料组织与性能的影响的开题报告摘要:A12O3/Mo5Si3 复合材料由于其优异的机械、热学及耐腐蚀性能,近年来在航空航天、能源、电子等领域中得到了广泛应用。本文以 Cu 为原位反应增强剂,采纳热压烧结法制备了 A12O3/Mo5Si3 复合材料。通过 X 射线衍射仪、扫描电镜以及力学测试等方法,讨论了 Cu 在A12O3/Mo5Si3 复合材料中的加入对复合材料组织结构及性能的影响。结果表明,Cu 的加入能够有效增强 A12O3/Mo5Si3 复合材料的力学性能,同时对复合材料中 Mo5Si3 颗粒的生长具有一定的抑制作用。本文的讨论对 A12O3/Mo5Si3 复合材料的制备及性能优化提供了一定的参考。关键词:A12O3/Mo5Si3 复合材料;Cu;原位反应;力学性能;微观结构Abstract:A12O3/Mo5Si3 composite materials have been widely used in aerospace, energy, electronics and other fields due to their excellent mechanical, thermal and corrosion resistance properties. In this paper, Cu was used as an in-situ reaction enhancer to prepare A12O3/Mo5Si3 composite materials by hot pressing and sintering method. The effect of Cu addition on the microstructure and properties of the composite material was studied by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and mechanical testing. The results showed that the addition of Cu can effectively enhance the mechanical properties of A12O3/Mo5Si3 composite materials, and at the same time has a certain inhibitory effect on the growth of Mo5Si3 particles in the composite material. This study provides a reference for the preparation and performance optimization of A12O3/Mo5Si3 composite materials.Keywords: A12O3/Mo5Si3 composite materials; Cu; in-situ reaction; mechanical properties; microstructure
