It affects up to 10% of women in the reproductive age group and can cause significant pain and infertility. The etiology and pathogenesis of endometriosis are still poorly understood. Skp2 and FHIT are two genes that have been implicated in the development of endometriosis, but their expression and significance are not well known. This study aims to investigate the expression and significance of Skp2 and FHIT in endometriosis.Objectives:1. To determine the expression level of Skp2 and FHIT in endometriosis.2. To investigate the correlation between Skp2 and FHIT expression and the severity of endometriosis.3. To study the mechanism by which Skp2 and FHIT regulate the development of endometriosis. Methods:This study will recruit 50 patients with endometriosis and 50 healthy controls. Endometrial tissue samples will be obtained from all participants, and the expression level of Skp2 and FHIT will be analyzed using real-time PCR and Western blotting. The severity of endometriosis will be assessed using the revised American Fertility Society scoring system. The correlation between Skp2 and FHIT expression and the severity of endometriosis will be analyzed using statistical methods. Finally, the role of Skp2 and FHIT in endometriosis development will be elucidated in vitro using cell culture and molecular biology techniques.Expected outcomes:精品文档---下载后可任意编辑This study is expected to provide important insights into the role of Skp2 and FHIT in the development of endometriosis. The results of this study could lead to the development of new diagnostic and therapeutic strategies for endometriosis.
