Iron disulfide (FeS2) is a photoelectric material with good photoelectric conversion performance, but its performance is limited by the preparation process. In this study, we will explore a new preparation process of FeS2/TiO2 composite film and study its photoelectric properties. FeS2/TiO2 composite films were prepared on the surface of TiO2 by chemical vapor deposition technique, and their performance was tested by photoelectrochemical technique. The results show that FeS2/TiO2 composite film has good photoelectric conversion performance, and its efficiency can reach 5.23%. Therefore, this study provides a new idea and method for the application of FeS2 materials.【Keywords】iron disulfide; TiO2; composite film; photovoltaic properties; chemical vapor deposition technique
