The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of TIRBB cyclic analog AS-1 on liver damage after reperfusion in rats with traumatic hemorrhagic shock. By establishing a rat model of traumatic hemorrhagic shock, the effect of AS-1 at different doses on liver damage after reperfusion was observed, and the degree of liver damage was evaluated by HE staining and real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR. The results showed that AS-1 could significantly reduce liver reperfusion injury, and the high dose group had the best effect. These findings suggest that TIRBB cyclic analog AS-1 may be an effective drug for treating ischemia-reperfusion injury of liver tissue in traumatic hemorrhagic shock.Keywords: traumatic hemorrhagic shock; TIRBB cyclic analog AS-1; reperfusion; liver damage
