Previous studies have found that TLR4 and its signaling pathway play an important physiological role in visual nerve injury, but the specific mechanism is still unclear. In this study, we will use a mouse model of visual nerve injury to explore the role of TLR4 and its signaling pathway in treating visual nerve damage and its mechanism. Through comprehensive methods such as visual nerve electrograms, histopathology, and behavioral analysis, the study will record and observe mice and perform statistical analysis on the data. The results of the study are expected to provide new drug targets for treating visual nerve damage and provide better treatment options for blind people.Keywords: visual nerve damage, TLR4, signaling pathway, mechanism study
