The effects of different heat treatment conditions and hot pressing temperatures on the crystal phase, morphology, and structure of the samples were studied using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) characterization techniques. The results show that heat treatment at 500℃ for 2 hours can obtain better crystallinity and morphology; hot pressing at 850℃ can obtain the best density and optical performance, with a maximum luminescence intensity of 8369 cps and a luminescence peak at 540 nm.Keywords: Yb3+Er3+; fluoride; upconversion luminescence material; preparation; hot pressing
