In this paper, ZG1Cr18Ni10Nb casting alloy as the research object, the preparation process and performance were studied.ZG1Cr18Ni10Nb alloy was prepared by vacuum induction melting process. The crystal structure and morphology of the alloy were characterized by X-ray diffractometer and scanning electron microscope. The results show that due to the addition of Nb element, stable NbC compound is formed in the crystal structure of the alloy, which effectively enhances the high temperature resistance of the alloy.The mechanical properties of the alloy with temperature were studied by constant temperature tensile test.
