精品文档---下载后可任意编辑Zn-Mn-Cu 半焦吸附剂的超声辅助加压浸渍法制备及其脱硫与再生性能的讨论中期报告摘要:本文讨论了 Zn-Mn-Cu 半焦吸附剂的超声辅助加压浸渍法制备及其脱硫与再生性能。实验结果表明,采纳超声波辅助加压浸渍方法可以显著提高吸附剂的活性组分含量和分散度,增加毛细孔结构,提高脱硫性能。同时,对 Zn-Mn-Cu 半焦吸附剂进行了多次循环脱硫实验,结果表明吸附剂具有较好的再生性能,再生后的吸附剂性能基本不受影响。关键词:Zn-Mn-Cu 半焦吸附剂;超声波辅助加压浸渍法;脱硫;再生性能Abstract:This paper studies the preparation of Zn-Mn-Cu semi-coke adsorbent by ultrasonic-assisted pressure impregnation method and its desulfurization and regeneration performance. The experimental results show that ultrasonic-assisted pressure impregnation method can significantly increase the content and dispersibility of active components of adsorbent, increase capillary pore structure and improve desulfurization performance. At the same time, the Zn-Mn-Cu semi-coke adsorbent was subjected to multiple cycles of desulfurization experiment, and the results showed that the adsorbent had good regeneration performance, and the performance of the regenerated adsorbent was not affected.Keywords: Zn-Mn-Cu semi-coke adsorbent; ultrasonic-assisted pressure impregnation method; desulfurization; regeneration performance.
