Therefore, it is necessary to find an efficient, low-pollution, and biologically safe method to control the Scolytus zenkevitchi. In this study, Bacillus androgenicus was selected as the pathogenic strain. The physicochemical characteristics of Bacillus androgenicus were analyzed, and its potential application in the biological control of Scolytus zenkevitchi was explored.Traditional colony morphology identification and biochemical kit methods were used to analyze the physicochemical characteristics of the strain.
