精品文档---下载后可任意编辑摘要近年来,一些交通机构已经测试了配备混合动力系统的公交车。据报道,混合动力系统在排放和燃油经济性能方面与传统的柴油发动机系统相比有着显著的优势。在本文中,我们分析了混合动力汽车的进展现状以及现有混合动力电动客车传动系的结构特点和使用效果,参考相关文献,综合考虑各方面因数,对城市用并联式电动客车的结构特点进行分析,并以 cs6120 混联式混合动力电动客车为基础,对其传动系统进行一系列的设计。其中包括结构设计、参数选择、变速器设计计算以及绘图过程,并对各零部件进行校核。另外还根据并联式混合动力电动客车的使用要求,采纳类比的方法,选用合适的离合器等其他总成。关键词:混合动力汽车;CS6120 并联式混合动力电动客车;传动系统;变速器设计THE DESIGN OF A TRANSMISSION SYSTEM FOR CS6120 PARALLEL HYBRID ELECTRIC VEHICLEAbstractIn recent years, several transit agencies have tested buses equipped with hybrid powertrain systems. It has been reported that hybrid powertrains have significant advantages over conventional diesel engine systems, in the area of emissions and fuel economy performance.In this paper, we analysised on the structural characteristics and application of transmission system for the existing hybrid electric bus, reference to relevant literature, comprehensive consideration of various factors, to analyze the structural characteristics of the city hybrid electric buses,and based on CS6120 Hybrid Electric Bus , design its transmission system.Including the structural design, preferences, calculation and drawing.
