This paper explores how impression management affects leadership communication and team performance evaluation by investigating and analyzing the practice of impression management between superiors and subordinates, and how to optimize impression management to achieve better results.The results show that excellent impression management can enhance trust and cooperation among leadership members, promote information and knowledge sharing, and improve team performance.
