However, research on the effects of different durations of morphine dependence on cortical neurons in rats is not sufficient. The purpose of this study is to explore the effects and mechanisms of different durations of morphine dependence on cortical neurons in rats. By inducing rat addiction model with opioid angetics, the cortical tissue was taken out at 0 days, 7 days, 14 days and 21 days after drug withdrawal, respectively, and cell proliferation assay and Western blot were used to explore the effects of opioid dependence drugs on cortical neurons in rats and related mechanisms. The results of this study are expected to provide theoretical and experimental basis for the treatment of opioid addiction.Keywords: Opioid dependence; Cortical neurons in rats; Cell proliferation; Western blot detection.
