Through experimental tests, the influence of the excitation characteristics of different structural transformers under different DC bias currents was analyzed. The research results show that factors such as transformer structure, material properties, and DC bias current will have an important impact on the excitation characteristics. Under the same bias current, different structural transformers have large differences in excitation characteristics.
