This article aims to study the random stability of uncertain time-delay systems and combine controller design to achieve the control and stabilization of the system.In this paper, a new method is proposed for analyzing the random stability of uncertain time-delay systems. By establishing a random Lyapunov function, the random stability conditions of the system are derived, and a specific stability judgment method is given. At the same time, this article also uses a PID controller to design a feedback controller and verifies the effective control effect of the controller on the random stability of the uncertain time-delay system through mathematical simulation.Keywords: Uncertain time-delay system; Random stability; Lyapunov function; PID controller
