Firstly, the identification and screening of two plants and their endophytic Streptomyces were performed using morphological, physiological and biochemical methods. The secondary metabolites were isolated and further analyzed and identified by mass spectrometry. At the same time, the growth of Streptomyces and the distribution of metabolites were observed using optical microscopy and fluorescence staining techniques. Finally, the antimicrobial activity of the products was evaluated using in vitro antibacterial tests and colony counting methods.The expected results are to obtain the secondary metabolites of two plants and their endophytic Streptomyces, and to evaluate their antimicrobial activity, which can be used to guide the development of new natural antimicrobial agents.Keywords: plants; Streptomyces; secondary metabolites; mass spectrometry; in vitro antibacterial tests
