In the context of modern music education, bel canto teaching is widely promoted, and many art colleges have opened bel canto singing courses. However, facing the vast spectrum and complex cultural background of the traditional Chinese vocal acoustics system, the problem of excessive westernization in existing bel canto teaching is gradually emerging. By discussing the origin and development of vocal acoustics in bel canto teaching, comparing the characteristics of Chinese traditional vocal acoustics theory, and exploring how to strengthen the research and exploration of Chinese traditional vocal acoustics culture in existing bel canto teaching.【Keywords】 Vocal acoustics, Bel canto teaching, Traditional culture
