Real estate finance has become more important and complex as a result. This thesis aims to analyze the financial risks of China's real estate sector, explore the causes of these risks, and propose corresponding preventive measures.This thesis first outlines the development history and current situation of China's real estate market and analyzes its impact on the country's economic development. It then deeply analyzes the causes of China's real estate financial risks from three aspects: real estate companies, real estate finance, and government regulation. Finally, corresponding measures are proposed to prevent real estate finance risks, recommending that the government, financial institutions, and real estate companies strengthen supervision and risk management.This paper aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for preventing real estate finance risks in China.
