However, there are significant inter-individual variations in the clinical efficacy of cyclosporine. The aim of this study is to explore the pharmacogenetic mechanisms of cyclosporine and their impact on the therapeutic response of kidney transplant recipients in China.This study will use modern molecular biology techniques to analyze DNA samples extracted from Chinese kidney transplant patients, focusing on several aspects:1. The role of CYP3A genes in cyclosporine metabolism and their relationship with pharmacokinetic parameters of cyclosporine.2.
