精品文档---下载后可任意编辑中药对妇科恶性肿瘤化疗后消化道反应的疗效讨论的开题报告【摘要】恶性肿瘤是一种严重危害人类健康的疾病，其治疗过程中常常出现消化道反应。中药具有较好的调节消化系统功能的作用，并可减轻化疗后消化道反应。本讨论旨在探讨中药对妇科恶性肿瘤化疗后消化道反应的疗效。讨论将选择 60 例口服化疗后出现消化道反应的妇科恶性肿瘤患者，随机分为治疗组和对比组，每组 30 例。治疗组在化疗治疗的同时予以中药干预，对比组仅进行口服化疗。其中治疗组予以中药丸剂，口服一次6g，每日三次；对比组口服对应的安慰剂，口服一次 6g，每日三次。疗程为 4 周。通过观察两组患者的临床疗效和副作用情况来评估中药对妇科恶性肿瘤化疗后消化道反应的疗效。【关键词】中药；妇科恶性肿瘤；化疗；消化道反应；疗效讨论【Abstract】Malignant tumor is a serious disease that seriously endangers human health. Digestive tract reactions often occur during the treatment process. Chinese medicine has a good effect in regulating the function of the digestive system and can alleviate digestive tract reactions after chemotherapy. The purpose of this study is to explore the efficacy of Chinese medicine in treating digestive tract reactions after chemotherapy for gynecological malignant tumors.The study will select 60 patients with gynecological malignant tumors who experience digestive tract reactions after oral chemotherapy and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group will receive Chinese medicine intervention while receiving chemotherapy treatment, and the control group will only receive oral chemotherapy. The treatment group was given Chinese medicine pills, oral 6g once, three times daily; the control group was given the corresponding placebo, 6g once, three times daily.
