精品文档---下载后可任意编辑丹参水提物对 LPS 诱导子宫内膜上皮细胞炎症的抗炎机制讨论中期报告摘要:子宫内膜炎症是一种常见的女性生殖系统疾病,严重影响着生育健康。近年来,中药逐渐成为治疗子宫内膜炎症的热点讨论领域。本文旨在探究丹参水提物对 LPS 诱导子宫内膜上皮细胞炎症的抗炎机制。实验设计:将子宫内膜上皮细胞分为对比组、LPS 组、LPS+丹参组,分别在细胞培育基中培育 24 小时。检测细胞凋亡率、ROS、NO 的含量,qPCR 和 Western blot 检测 MMP-2、MMP-9、p38、ERK、JNK、IκBα、NF-κB p65 等信号通路。结果:LPS 显著促进了子宫内膜上皮细胞的凋亡,增加了ROS、NO 的水平,并增强了 MMP-2、MMP-9 mRNA 和蛋白的表达。同时,LPS 组的 p38、ERK、JNK、NF-κB p65 的磷酸化水平升高,IκBα 降解加剧。丹参可显著减弱 LPS 亚细胞毒素的促炎效应,减少了ROS、NO、MMP-2、MMP-9 的水平,恢复了 p38、ERK、JNK、NF-κB p65 的磷酸化水平和 IκBα 的含量,从而抑制了 LPS 诱导的子宫内膜上皮细胞炎症。结论:丹参水提物可能通过调节 p38、ERK、JNK、NF-κB 信号通路及相关基因表达,抑制 LPS 诱导的 ROS、NO、MMP-2、MMP-9 反应,从而抑制 LPS 诱导的子宫内膜上皮细胞炎症的发生。关键词:丹参水提物;子宫内膜炎症;LPS;信号通路;抗炎。Abstract:Endometrial inflammation is a common female reproductive system disease that seriously affects reproductive health. In recent years, traditional Chinese medicine has gradually become a hot research field for the treatment of endometrial inflammation. This article aims to explore the anti-inflammatory mechanism of Salvia miltiorrhiza water extract on LPS-induced endometrial epithelial cell inflammation.Experimental design: Endometrial epithelial cells were divided into control group, LPS group and LPS + Salvia group, and cultured in a culture medium for 24 hours.
