EIAV genome encodes several proteins, including envelope protein (SU) and matrix protein (MA). The aim of this study is to express and produce monoclonal antibodies against EIAV EPO gene using molecular biology techniques, which provides experimental basis for the development of vaccines for equine animals.In this study, the EIAV EPO gene will be introduced into E. coli BL21 expression system by recombinant plasmid, and the expressed EPO protein will be purified. Subsequently, monoclonal antibodies will be produced by molecular biology techniques using the purified EPO protein.
