精品文档---下载后可任意编辑本次毕业设计的零件是侧孔深筒,制定出相关工艺路线并设计出生产所需模具。主要工序有:a 落料,b 拉深,c 二次拉伸,d 切边,e 冲孔,去除毛刺。采纳落料拉深复合模,可以较好的实现落料,设计过程中应当充分考虑该落料拉深复合模的刃口形状及尺寸,否则容易影响到落料拉深件的形状及尺寸。本篇论文综合应用本专业所学课程的理论和生产实际知识,并且查阅了大量课外资料,进行的一次冷冲压模具设计工作的实践训练。在本次模具设计中,本着降低模具复杂程度及成本的原则,把落料模具、拉深模具做成一套复合模,然后独立设计一套侧冲孔模具。本套模具性能可靠,提高了产品的成品率和生产效率,可以大幅度降低劳动强度和生产成本。在模具设计中,查阅了大量课内和课外的文献资料,充分利用已经掌握的知识,使模具设计尽量简单并且能达到最大的有用效果。关键词:侧孔深筒 模具设计 落料 拉深 侧冲孔AbstractThe graduation project is part of deep tube side holes, to develop and design the associated process route for production molds.
