The aim of this study was to explore the effect of long-term fixed-point fertilization on the organic phosphorus composition and content of laterite soil, and to provide a scientific basis for improving the fertility level of laterite soil. By comparing the organic phosphorus content, organic phosphorus composition and its evolution process in laterite soil under different fertilization treatments, it was revealed that the combination of biomass charcoal and mineral fertilizer application can have a significant positive effect on increasing the organic phosphorus content and organic phosphorus mineralization rate in laterite soil. The results showed that long-term fixed-point fertilization can significantly improve the organic phosphorus content and organic phosphorus mineralization rate of laterite soil, further explaining the lasting improvement effect of fertilization on the fertility of laterite soil.【Key words】long-term fixed-point fertilization; laterite soil; organic phosphorus; mineralization rate; fertility level
