In response to the limitations of insulin use for type 2 diabetes in children and adolescents and the insensitivity to oral hypoglycemic agents, this study uses an intermittent insulin pump combined with rglitinide to explore the efficacy and safety of treatment.This study plans to adopt a prospective, randomized, double-blind, parallel-controlled clinical research design, and recruit children and adolescents with type 2 diabetes who meet the selection criteria. They will be randomly divided into two groups, one group receiving conventional treatment, and the other group receiving intermittent insulin pump combined with rglitinide augmented treatment.
