The fast or slow music tempo can affect the audience's mood and emotional experience. Therefore, understanding music tempo perception is essential.In this study, we will explore how EEG signals reflect the perception of different music tempos. For this study, we will recruit a group of volunteers who have undergone music training to reflect the perception of different music tempos through performance and self-report. We will use EEG headsets to record the volunteers’ EEG signals and compare these signals with their music perception.The expected results will reveal the response patterns of different music tempos in EEG signals and improve our understanding of music tempo perception.
