This paper takes high school students in Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province as the research objects, and explores the current status of their suicidal ideation and attitudes through questionnaire survey, interviews and other methods, combined with educational practice to propose corresponding educational countermeasures.The results of the survey show that about 40% of high school students have had suicidal ideation, with females higher than males; Most high school students have a negative attitude towards suicide, but still 3.3% of high school students believe that suicide is a way to release themselves. The suicidal risk of high school students is closely related to their psychological health, family relationships and other factors.Based on the above survey results, this paper proposes the following educational countermeasures: Strengthen the psychological health education of high school students and improve their psychological resilience; Strengthen cooperation between families and schools, and create a good family atmosphere; Increase psychological counseling services and timely solve the psychological problems of high school students.Keywords: high school students; suicidal ideation; suicidal attitudes; psychological health education; family relationships; psychological counseling.
