This study aims to explore the influence of environmental gradients on biomass and species diversity in alpine grasslands and provide scientific basis for the sustainable utilization of grassland ecosystems.In this study, several representative sites will be selected in the alpine grassland of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, and the biomass and species diversity will be measured and analyzed using common ecological and statistical methods. In addition, environmental factors such as soil and water will be collected to explore the relationship between environmental gradients and species diversity.The study found that comparing the biomass and species richness under different environmental gradients, it can be found that there is a close relationship between species diversity and environmental factors. The influence of environmental gradients on grassland ecosystems is not only reflected in biomass, but also affects the distribution and growth of plants. Analyzing different environmental scales can clarify the species composition of each habitat type and its internal structure, and provide recommendations for the sustainable development of grassland ecosystems.Keywords: Alpine grassland, biomass, species diversity, environmental gradient.
