The purpose of this research is to explore the influence of teacher education in normal universities on teachers' professional self-awareness and development through a survey conducted in Hebei Normal University. This study adopts questionnaire surveys and interviews to investigate the undergraduate and postgraduate students majoring in education in Hebei Normal University. The research mainly focuses on the improvement of their professional self-awareness and ability, and the impact on future career planning. It is hoped that this research can provide a reference for the reform of teacher education in normal universities and promote the improvement of the quality of education.Keywords:Teacher education in normal universities, professional self-awareness, professional ability, future career planning.
