The aim of this project is to screen for efficient biocontrol strain Bacillus subtilis and optimize its fermentation process to improve its yield and strain quality.In this project, Bacillus subtilis was collected from environmental samples such as farmland soil, and strain identification and screening were carried out. After preliminary screening and optimization, strains with high growth rate and antibacterial ability were selected and further identified and their physiological characteristics were determined.On the basis of strain screening, this project will also optimize the fermentation process of Bacillus subtilis to improve its yield and strain quality.
