It can promote the growth of livestock and poultry, enhance their resistance to diseases, and improve the economic benefits of the farming industry. However, the overuse and abuse of tylosin have led to the accumulation of residues in animal products, soil, and water, as well as the emergence of tylosin-resistant bacteria. Therefore, it is necessary to find a highly efficient strain that can degrade tylosin quickly and efficiently. Objective: The objective of this study is to screen and identify a highly efficient tylosin-resistant strain and study its degradation characteristics towards tylosin. Methods: 1. Samples collection: Samples of soil and water will be collected from different areas of animal farms and slaughterhouses.2. Screening of resistant strains: The collected samples will be cultured on a selective medium containing tylosin. The resistant strains will be screened and isolated based on their ability to grow on the selective medium.3. Identification of strain: The morphology, physiological and biochemical characteristics of the resistant strains will be identified by microscopy, biochemical tests, and 16S rRNA gene sequencing.4. Degradation characteristics analysis: The degradation curve and the degradation rate of tylosin by the screened strain will be determined by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The effects of temperature, pH, initial concentration of tylosin, and inoculation size of the strain on the degradation efficiency will be studied.Expected results:1. One or several strains that are highly efficient in degrading tylosin will be screened and isolated.2. The optimal conditions for the degradation of tylosin by the screened strain will be determined.3. The characteristics of tylosin degradation by the screened strain will be studied.精品文档---下载后可任意编辑Significance: This study will provide a theoretical basis and practical guidance for the efficient degradation of tylosin residues in animal products, soil, and water, and the control of resistant bacteria in animal farms and slaughterhouses.
