Taking a certain vocational college in Jiangxi Province as an example, this paper explores the practice and experience of the college in work-study alternating education, and analyzes and reflects on the theoretical level.Firstly, this paper introduces the basic concept and philosophy of work-study alternating education, and explains its differences from traditional teaching mode.
