The aim of this study is to analyze the Houttuynia cordata injection by fingerprint technology and determine the main antibacterial and anti-inflammatory components to further understand its pharmacological mechanism and provide a theoretical basis for its further development and application.Firstly, this paper reviews the pharmacological effects, chemical components and clinical application of Houttuynia cordata, and then carries out related research based on this. Secondly, high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry and isotopic internal standard method were used to determine the fingerprint spectrum of Houttuynia cordata injection, and its characteristic components were determined by analysis and comparison.
