摘 要随着时代的进步，计算机已经深化人们的日常生活,人们开始越来越多的利用计算机来解决实际问题。尤其是企业.现在大中小型企业日益突起,随着业绩量的增加，各种繁多复杂的问题也接踵而来。比如，企业要聘用人，从发布招聘信息到笔试，面试的记录输入，再到简历的入档存放。这些问题假如单纯靠人力来解决的话不但耗时，而且效率不高，结果也会不尽人意。因此,开发一个界面友好，易于操作的人力资源管理系统软件进行自动化处理变得十分重要，这正是本系统开发的目的和意义。本文阐述了人力资源管理系统的招聘管理模块，分别阐述了简历管理，笔试管理，面试管理和录用管理。本文是用 java 语言描述.所用的架构是 Spring，Hibernate,Struts（SSH).Spring作为项目的核心容器,由它整合 Struts 和 Hibernate，起到粘合的作用。Struts 作为核心控制器，在数据持久层方面则使用了 Hibernate.前台用 jsp 页面+el 表达式+框架自带的标签库进行输出.之所以采纳如此构架是考虑到利于项目的后期维护。关键词：企业；互联网；SSH;JSPABSTRACT With the progress of The Times, the computer has been deeply People’s Daily life, People increasingly use computers to solve practical problems 。 Especially enterprise.
