摘 要可编程控制器(PLC)是一种以微处理器为核心,综合了计算机技术、自动控制技术和网络通信技术的通用工业控制装置。它具有使用方便、维护容易、可靠性好、性能价格比高等特点,广泛应用于工业控制的众多领域。煤矿主通风机是煤矿生产的重要设备,通风机能否正常工作,直接影响煤矿的生产活动.因此对主通风机实现在线监控有很重要的意义。本文针对通风机的工作环境和运行特点,以PLC为主控设备,介绍了可编程序控制器(PLC)在煤矿通风系统中的应用;探讨了通风机实现自动控制系统的系统组成和设计;涉及硬件设备的选型与组态;编制了通风机实现自动控制梯形图;并简要介绍了PLC与其他智能装置及个人计算机联网,组成的控制系统。本系统提高了主通风机设备的自动化管理水平,有力地保证了主通风机设备的经济、可靠运行,为设备的管理和维修提供了可靠的科学依据.关键词:煤矿通风机; PLC; 在线控制Design of Fan Control System Basedon PLCAbstractThe programmable logic controller ( PLC ) is a microprocessor core, a combination of computer technology, automatic control technology and network communication technology , general industrial control devices.
