我国公务员考核制度现实状况与改善对策分析摘要公务员考核制度在整个公务员制度中有着举足轻重的地位,是实行其他各项制度的根据与基础。本文首先论述了我国公务员考核制度的现实状况,另一方面从考核频繁导致考核走样、考核规定与实际规定间脱节、主观原因的影响几种方面分析了我国公务员考核制度存在问题的原因,最终提出了处理的对策提议。【关键词】公务员 考核制度 改善对策ABSTRACTcivil servants assessment system plays a vital role in the whole system,it is the basis of other system. This paper firstly expounds the present situation of our country civil servants assessment system, and secondly analyzed several aspects. such as assessment frequent cause evaluation, evaluation provisions and shape between actual requirements of the influence of subjective factors disjointed and so on, and finally put forward some solutions to the countermeasures and suggestions to solve these problems.
