常见不开槽管道施工方法综述A summary of pipeline construction methods withoutslotting李任池 1RenChi Li( 1.贵州大学土木工程学院，贵州 贵阳 ）摘要不开槽管道施工常用于穿越城市道路及穿越复杂地形的管道工程。不开槽管道施工方法有很多种，最常见的有顶管施工法，盾构施工法，浅埋暗挖施工法,夯管施工法,地表式水平定向转施工法等。不同的施工方法有不同的适用范围及不同的优缺点，本文通过对常用不开槽管道施工优点及技术要点的论述使大家对不开槽管道施工有一个全新的了解.关键词：不开槽施工,管道，盾构法,顶管法ABSTRACTThe methods of pipe construction without slotting is commonly used in the pipeline crossing the city road and through the complex terrain of the pipeline project 。 Slotted pipe construction method has many kinds, the most common is the pipe jacking construction method ， shield method ， shallow subsurface excavation method， pipe ramming construction method， surface type horizontal directional turn construction method。 Different construction methods have different scope and different advantages and disadvantages。 In this paper， through the discussion of commonly used slotted pipe construction advantages and technical points enable everyone to a new understanding of the slotted pipe construction。KEY WORDS：Non slotted pipe construction，pipeline, shield ,jacking0 引言 管道的不开槽施工是指不开挖地表的条件下完成管线的铺设、更新、修复、检测和定位的工程施工技术。它具有不影响交通、不破坏环境、土方开挖量小等优点，同时，它能够消除冬季和雨季对开槽施工的影响，有较好的经济效益和社会效益。在大多数情况下，尤其是在繁华市区和管线埋深较深时，不开槽施工时明挖施工的极好的替代方法;在特别情况下,例如无破坏性地穿越公路、铁路、河流、建筑物等,不开槽施工时唯一一种经济可行的施工方法.管道不开槽铺设施工的管材采纳较多的时抗压强度高、刚度好的预制管道,如钢管、钢筋混凝土管,也可采纳其他金属管、塑料管、玻璃钢管和各种复合管；断面形状多采纳圆形，也可采纳方形、矩形和其他形状［ 1—2 ］。管道...
