摘要随着经济的不断发展,航空业进入了一个快速发展的轨道,这也导致了国内航空服务业快速发展。人力资源和个人素质已经逐渐成为了民航发展的核心竞争力,已成为进一步推动民航发展和实现民航战略的关键。培养合格的乘务员尤为重要。在日益激烈的市场竞争中,如何为顾客提供更好的客运服务已成为空乘人员的目标。由此本文对服务的发展过程进行了介绍,分析了开发中存在的问题,如乘务员的服务质量进行了探讨,最后从就业制度的完善给出了对应的措施和建议,以提高客舱服务的质量。关键字:空乘服务;现状分析;现实中的发展;问题与对策abstractWith the continuous development of China's economy, the civil aviation industry in China has entered a rapid development track, which has also led to the rapid development of domestic aviation service industry.
