实习教师在幼儿安全管理方面面临的问题研究——以云师大教管学院14级学前教育学生为例

摘要幼儿的安全不仅影响家庭的日常工作和幸福生活，亦关系着社会的和谐及稳定。为了保障幼儿的安全，幼儿园作为教育活动的载体有必要对幼儿进行安全教育。但是，目前幼儿园安全管理问题层出不穷，并引起了社会的广泛关注。鉴于此，本文以云师大教管学院 14 级学前教育学生为例，对幼儿园安全管理的问题与对策进行系统而全面地研究。研究采用问卷调查法，对问卷主要涉及教师对安全教育的认知、教师参加安全教育培训的情况、教师对幼儿进行安全教育的时机、教师对待幼儿安全的行为、教师实施安全教育活动的反思等五个方面展开研究和分析，并根据研究的结果提出合理的对策与建议。关键词：幼儿安全管理；问卷调查法；对策与建议AbstractThe safety of young children affects not only the daily work and happy life of the family ， but also the harmony and stability of the society.In order to ensure the safety of young children ， it is necessary for kindergarten to carry out safety education for children as a carrier of education activities.However， the problems of safety management in kindergartens are endless， which has aroused wide concern in the society.In view of this， this paper studies the problems and countermeasures of kindergarten safety management systematically and comprehensively with the example of the students of grade 14 preschool education of Yunnan Normal University.Research USES the questionnaire survey ， the questionnaire mainly involves teachers' cognition to safety education ， safety education training for teachers ， teacher the timing of the safety education for young children ， teachers treat children's safety behavior， the implementation of safety education activities reflect on five aspects such as research and analysis ， and put forward the reasonable countermeasures and Suggestions according to the result of research.Key words:child safety management;Questionnaire survey method;Countermeasures and Suggestions目...
