2018 年德宏州居民健康素养监测现状分析【摘要】目的 了解德宏州 15～69 岁居民的健康素养现况，针对如何提高居民健康素养这一问题提出强力的理论支持和科学依据。方法 采取分层多阶段随机抽样的方法，随机抽取德宏州 5 个县（市）内 15~69 岁常住人口。结果 共调查居民 1700 人，2018 年德宏州居民整体健康素养水平为 11.3%；基本知识和理念、健康生活方式与行为、健康技能 3 方面的健康素养水平分别为 32.4%、11.2%、8.6%；6 类健康问题素养水平按升序排列为：传染病防治 9.3%、健康信息 12.3%、基本医疗 17.3%、慢性病防治 25.7%、科学健康观 33.3%、安全与急救38.5%。结论 在提高德宏州居民健康素养水平的工作上，仍有很大的进展空间与发展潜力，日后的工作中，要大力开展健康素养促进活动努力提升居民的健康素养水平。【关键词】健康素养；现状Analysis on status of health literacy among residents in DeHong Autonomous Prefecture,2018【 Abstract 】 Objective To understand the status of health literacy among 15 to 69 years old in DeHong Autonomous Prefecture in 2018,and to provide strong theoretical support and scientific basis for how to improve the health literacy of residents.Methods Multistage stratified random sampling method was adopted, and the residents aged 15 to 69 years old from 5 counties in DeHong Autonomous Prefecture were investigated. Results 1700residents were investigated. The overall level of health literacy was 11.3% among 15 to 69 years old in DeHong Autonomous Prefecture in 2018. The levels of health literacy for basic health knowledge ＆ concept，healthy lifestyle ＆ behaviors, and health related skills was 32.4%,11.2% and 8.6%,respectively.
