I电动机智能软启动控制系统设计摘要:本课题研究的是异步电动机的控制系统,它凭借着简洁的构造、便于维修、造价低的特点,被普遍的应用在生产生活当中,为机械设备提供动力。对于电动机的启动,常见的有直接启动和降压启动着两种方法,然而这两种方法有着种种缺点,如冲击电流大、影响周围设备等。但是伴随着软启动技术以及变频器技术的发展,这些缺点被一一改善,软启动和变频器启动渐渐代替了原有的启动方式 。在本次设计的电动机软启动智能控制系统当中,使用 PLC 作为系统的智能控制中心,对变频器进行控制,对系统做出监控,将启动控制集中化,使操作人员的更加便利的操作系统,实现现场工艺。而变频器的应用,也有巨大的优势,它可以根据现场的需求,通过改变输出功率来调控电动机的转速,使现场更加的人性化。本次的设计方案解决了电动机启动时产生的冲击电流对电网的影响,保护了周围用电设备。并且根据 PLC 编程简单、方便的特性,可以随时将新的设备加入到系统中,实现统一控制。关键词:电动机;软启动;变频器;可编程控制器(PLC)IIThe intelligence of the motor soft start control system designAbstract: This topic is the research of asynchronous motor control system, it is simple structure, easy maintenance, low cost characteristics, is widely used in production and life, providing power for mechanical equipment.
